The roundsFour minutes each, a minute to move. Who you meet is planned, not whoever sat nearest.
Write down what matteredTwo minutes. Who to follow up with, who to refer, who to pass on.
Open networkingThe unstructured part — now that you know who's worth finding.

How many rounds depends on how many people turn up. It's worked out on the morning and announced before the first one.
